First, the use of
fruit hardness tester (also known as fruit hardness tester or fruit hardness tester), the product is divided into GY-1, GY-2, GY-3 three models, used to measure apples, pears, watermelons, bananas, etc. The hardness of the fruit is used to determine the maturity of the fruit, and to master the cultivation of the improved seed, harvesting time, processing time, harvest storage, export transportation, etc. It is suitable for use in fruit tree research departments, fruit tree farms, fruit companies, universities and other institutions. The instrument is small in size, light in weight, intuitive in numerical display, easy to carry, and suitable for inspection of fruits in various fruit places. It can also be assembled on a dedicated machine to improve the accuracy of the test and is suitable for professional inspection departments.
Second, the design principle
Fruit hardness refers to the unit area (S) of the fruit subjected to the force of the force spring (N), their ratio is defined as the fruit hardness (P).
P = N / S
P – the measured fruit hardness value of 105 Pa or (kg per square metre)
N – the force of the force spring pressed on the fruit surface N Newton or (kg)
S – the area of the force of the fruit square or (square centimeter)
Third, the use of methods
before measurement: turn the dial, so that the drive pointer is aligned with the first scale line of the dial (GY-1 type is the scale line 2, GY-2 and GY-3 type is the scale line 0.5); will be The fruit is cut to a skin of about 1 square centimeter.
Measurement: Hold the hardness tester with hand so that the hardness tester is perpendicular to the surface of the fruit to be tested, and the pressure head is evenly pressed into the fruit. At this time, the driving pointer starts to drive the indication pointer to rotate, and stops when the pressure head is pressed to the scale line (10 mm). The reading indicated by the indicator hand is the hardness of the fruit, taking three averages.
After measurement: Rotate the zero return knob to reset the pointer to the initial tick mark.
4. Notes
1. Loosen the tightening knob before measuring, turn the dial to align the driving pointer (straight head) with the initial tick mark, and then tighten the tightening knob. Check that the pointer is on the right side of the drive pointer. If not, rotate the zero knob back so that the pointer is on the right side of the drive pointer.
2, in order to achieve a more ideal accuracy, before the measurement, the pressure head is pressed by hand, and the full-scale pressure is pressed two to three times to make it lubricate.
3. When measuring hardness, it should be inserted evenly and slowly, and should not be pressed and pressed, and it should not be impacted.
4. The indenter should be perpendicular to the surface of the fruit.
5, GY-1 and GY-2 fruit hardness tester outside the scale unit is × 10 5 Pa, the inner circle scale unit is kg / cm2, GY-3 type, when connecting a small indenter, use the inner ring scale reading When connecting a large indenter, use the outer ring scale to read.
6. The instrument and the indenter are kept clean, and the juice is cleaned after the measurement is completed.
7. The upper professional frame connector is a component for the professional inspection department to connect with the frame. When it is necessary to connect, unscrew the knob and screw it on the inside of the frame with the boring on the frame.
8. For more than one year, the back cover should be opened to inject a small amount of oil to the spindle, teeth, gemstones, guide grooves, etc. to improve the accuracy and extend the service life.
